BORING BALL MARKERS Returns Policy

Return Period:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Boring Ball Markers. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

• Return Authorization:
• Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please clearly write this number on the outside of the package.
• Packaging:
• Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include any accessories, manuals, and other documentation.
• Shipping:
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
